Friends and business partners Quinn Bratt and Sam Naugle are the dynamic duo behind a thriving landscape company and also a patching and paving company. Along the years, their vision to expand and grow was the force behind the creation of South Valley Equipment. In their search for partners, Brian Weight was the only man who came to mind to take over rental and sales, with an extensive and successful career in construction equipment, the answer was clear! Not to mention, one of the most genuine and honest people you’ll ever meet - Brian was the perfect fit for SVE!
Brady Wood was running his own business and renting shop space from Sam & Quinn here in Pleasant Grove, Utah. With 20+ years of construction equipment repair service experience, Brady has worked on anything you can think of, from automobiles to heavy construction equipment; however, his real passion for Bobcat compact construction equipment is what makes him a true service machinery mastermind. We are beyond ecstatic to have him as one of our leaders here at SVE.
In previous years, Quinn and Sam had purchased equipment and parts from Brian, they realized that having Brady as a field service mechanic who specializes in equipment was the key piece to their vision. An idea formed... there are so many small businesses with the same needs as Sam and Quinn's businesses... Why not be a one stop shop? Two business owners that know the trials and tribulations of being the end user, having someone to trust to purchase and rent from and then someone who specializes in that equipment to work on and repair! Quinn, Sam, Brian and Brady got together to talk about this opportunity. What if they were FULL service?!? The ever-hardworking Lazo was the next key player to provide the final aspect of full service. Mobile track and tire repair! Brian and Brady both knew Lazo and his knowledge of track, tires and all things Bobcat, another no brainer!
